Specifically it is to make the skin smooth, firm, elastic, with a clear tone, and with an appropriate balance of moisture and sebum. Our clinic offers rejuvenation treatments that specialize in improving skin function.
Devices and Drugs Used (02:48-)
The main treatments we offer include Waterlight injections, POTENZA, laser and manual injections. All options are explained to patients at all times, providing treatments tailored to individual needs. In particular, we have many cases of skin quality improvement using waterlight injections, accounting for over 60% of all cases including manual injections.
Skin-improving agents are expected to improve the conditions of ECM and promote therapeutic effects. As a single waterlight injection can bring about a change to the entire face, patients who do not want downtime or multiple treatments can receive it.
Treatment Plans Tailored to Each Patient and Decision-Making Factors(4:58-)
Pain and adverse reactions vary for each individual, so treatment must be tailored to the patient’s skin type and lifestyle. Patients with darker skin or more active melanocytes are particularly prone to side effects. Therapeutic effects vary depending on the patient’s wound healing ability and drug efficacy.
In addition, which treatment is suitable depends on skin condition. POTENZA is suited to those with acne scars and active sebaceous glands, while skin-improving agents are suitable for cases where wounds do not heal well.
It is important to explain to the patient the benefits and adverse reactions of each treatment option and to choose the most appropriate treatment.
POTENZA Settings and Usage (08:27-)
When treating with POTENZA, we use the manual mode and set it according to the patient’s skin condition.
The basic setting is 4 pulses, 25ms on and 5ms off. The depth and choice of drug are adjusted individually. This allows for tailored treatment for each patient, and more effective skin rejuvenation is expected.
To avoid cell necrosis, and because results have shown that treatment is not effective at less than 2W, we set the output between 5W and 10W at our clinic.
In the cases treated with POTENZA, improvements in redness and skin texture were observed after a single treatment, and patient satisfaction was high.
The electrodes are set at around 0.2mm in order to rejuvenate the dermal-epidermal junction. The position of the electrodes varies depending on the type of tip, so the depth needs to be adjusted.
By changing the irradiation depth of monopolar and bipolar, it is possible to treat a wide area in a single session.
Post-treatment follow-up has confirmed the effects for at least three months, indicating that the rejuvenation effect lasts.
